In 2019, PageGroup CEO Steve Ingham was in an accident which paralysed him from the waist down. Using his platform as a FTSE 250 business leader, PageGroup asked 3 Monkeys Zeno to raise awareness of Steve’s changed circumstance and the issues facing the disabled community at work. Through a powerful, thoughtful and deeply personal communications strategy, Steve and PageGroup were positioned as a force for good. A series of high-profile interviews, engaging key advocates and forging partnerships at the highest level, communicated the work being done by PageGroup to remove barriers for disabled people in the workplace, enabling the possibility of real policy and societal change for one in seven of the UK population.
