Sarah de Lagarde is the Global Head of Communications at Janus Henderson. As an award-winning corporate communications advisor with over 20 years of experience, she oversees various communications areas such as Employee Communications, Change & Crisis Communications, Media Relations, Social Media and Corporate Communications at international level. Sarah has worked in the financial industry since 2001 and has held various roles within the communications function at leading Asset Management companies such as JP Morgan, BMO, BNY Mellon and most recently Schroders. She is multi-lingual and multi-cultural and has made transformative global communications not just a mindset but a vocation. Sarah has a master's in international business from ESCP, and a postgraduate degree in digital marketing communication from Cornell. She sits on the Board of the Janus Henderson Foundation, and is an author, a guest lecturer at the London School of Economics, and a mental health advocate.
