Nik co-founded Blurred, which advises global businesses on issues related to ESGP (Environmental, Social, Governance and Purpose) in October 2018. Fast forward nearly 3 years, Blurred has won several industry accolades including PRWeek's Best Agency for Corporate and/or Financial Comms in 2021. Prior to founding Blurred, Nik co-founded agency Unity when she was 29. During her 12-year tenure, Unity won over 400 awards including Agency of the Year and Campaign of the Year at the PR Week Awards. In February 2021 Nik was awarded Global PR Communicator of the Year by global networking organisation Women in Marketing. Nik also co-founded / invested in agency's Tin Man and Happy Yolk and has stakes in a number of other businesses including Allbright, the global women's network.
