TOG & Fora Merger
TOG (The Office Group) and Fora, two well-known design-led flexible working companies, announced they had agreed to merge, subject to regulatory approval. While the flexible workspace sector has experienced a strong rebound since the beginning of the pandemic, questions about the future of work and the future of the office were still in play during the merger.
The key communications objectives were: to effectively demonstrate the strategic rationale behind the merger; to ensure all colleagues and employees were informed at the right time with consistent and reassuring messaging; and to manage any potential leaks. All objectives were delivered.
