We supported NoteMachine, a leading ATM operator, to establish itself as a leading voice in the debate on protecting consumers’ rights on access to cash. Through a highly integrated creative campaign, we held dozens of meetings with Government ministers and officials, engaged MPs and Peers across all parties, and secured hundreds of media stories including national coverage – ultimately securing legislation to protect access to cash. Throughout our campaign, we successfully shifted the perceptions of political and media audiences and raised awareness of the important role of cash across society, challenging the anti-cash narrative embedded at the start of our campaign.
