This submission tells the story of how RELX developed its own digital storytelling channel to transform its internal communications during the Covid-19 pandemic. So far, we have seen a tenfold increase in average number of reads for our published stories, a significant jump in employee net promoter scores, and positive feedback from our colleagues.
