Protecting corporate reputation and building confidence in a perma-crisis


Over the last 12 months the whole airline industry has been facing a crisis of confidence:

- Confidence in travel eroded by travel restrictions, war and political volatility
- Confidence in working in aviation following the disproportionate impact on the sector
- Confidence in airline and airport operations following industry-wide disruption

All of which builds into undermining confidence in easyJet as a business

Now crisis has become a permanent feature for corporate press offices, easyJet also had to grapple with a media obsession with travel. Our objective has been to relentlessly protect, build confidence and even enhance easyJet's reputation in a perma-crisis environment.
