Throughout the Coronavirus pandemic, the Government has been clear that food delivery services have a vital role to play in helping to feed the nation.

But with team members concerned about their health and safety as well as seeing comments from confused customers about why they were staying open, Pizza Hut needed to reassure its employees, and quickly.

With no internal communications function, a remote workforce and a franchise model, Hanover and Pizza Hut worked to create a brand new internal communications function and rapid, regular content to align hundreds of drivers around a unified mission.
