

Menopause in the Workplace Research Campaign

Standard Chartered along with the Financial Services Skills Commission undertook a piece of research, seeking to understand how the menopause impacts women working in Financial Services, the leadership pipeline and how employers can support their employees. Through proactive media engagement and using media relations as a primary tool, we got people talking and taking action. We brought attention to a topic that hadn’t been properly addressed, helping to destigmatise and normalise conversations, highlighting the support companies can give to their employees and ultimately creating more supportive and inclusive workplaces for all.
