At the start of the pandemic, Hermes and its people were classified as essential workers. As the retail landscape changed and the public turned increasingly to home delivery during lockdown, parcel volumes soared to unprecedented levels. In order to cope with this surge, and to meet the unique, constantly evolving demands of our customers and retail clients, we had to adapt quickly.
