Upfield's focus for 2020 internal comms was to increase the number of engaged Upfielders who advocate our purpose. Covid-19 meant adapting our strategy with employees working from home and in our factories.
We engaged our Associates through campaigns and events, such as our Factory Workers Thank You campaign, Upfield Day, and virtual Leadership Conference. We increased our Bulletins and Town Halls. As of September 2020, engagement increased to 7.7% with a Net Promoter Score of 31. Communications was highlighted as a key driver for engagement with an engagement score of 7.9 putting us in the top 25% of all companies.
