Angharad Neagle

Angharad is the Chief Executive of Freshwater and is responsible for driving growth and performance across the agency. In addition to leading Freshwater's teams in London and Cardiff, Angharad provides senior counsel to guide clients through critical periods of crisis, change and growth. 

Angharad joined Freshwater in 2008 following a career spanning police, local government and agency roles, and has a track record of devising strategies that build reputations, change behaviour, and drive sales.
